Morning departure, with Reays luxury coach travel, to the award-winning indoor and outdoor markets, shopping and sights in the heart of Lancashire. You will depart the area at 16:30pm to head home.

Very popular indoor and outdoor markets. The indoor market was recently voted the best indoor market in the UK and is home to more than 300 stalls offering a range of produce.

Bolton's recently redeveloped main market is located on Ashburner Street, right in the heart of the town centre.

Bolton is one of the North West's shopping hot spots and its heritage as a bustling market town is still visible in its traditional markets and market hall.

With a lot to offer from museums packed with ancient artefacts to breathtaking countryside and everything else in between, award winning attractions, behind the scenes tours, fast-paced sport and country walks.

Itinerary

Morning departure from the local area. Arrive at Bolton Market late morning. Depart at 4.30pm for the journey home, arriving in the local area early evening.

The £4.5million redevelopment of the market is almost complete. The brand new lifestyle hall is now open and we've some fantastic new traders including a coffee specialist, a real ale bar, a tropical florist, fashions, a brow and lash bar, a patisserie and some tempting food options in the designated food court and seating area. Add that to our award-winning food halls and you'll find everything from exotic fruit and veg, Mediterranean delis, locally sourced meats and cheeses to the region’s best outlet for fresh fish.

The outdoor market has now moved to its new location* on the South East side of the market.

We've also got an in-store cookery demonstration kitchen with a programme of regular cooking events and seasonal food tastings to add to the shopping experience.

Usual opening days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm
